Our client was a start up company which had planned to develop a mass market business documentation application. The client un-successfully tried to get the application developed by an recruiting in-house programmers. The in house development lead to the excessive cost blowouts with no end in sight.

The client contacted us for developing the product on the .net platform. We successfully developed the application for him at an economical price. The application also has the stability and maturity of a mass market product. The client is currently marketing the application in the Australian Market.

Case Study - POS - Outsourced Business Application Development:

Our client is a Retail Chain with 12 stores across Australia. The client had variable needs for its Point of Sale Software and the existing box packages were not able to provide the client with all the functionality they required.

The client got in touch with to design a solution that connected all the 12 stores to its head office. The software even handles all the POS transactions. The entire software is designed on Microsoft .Net Platform.

Case Study – Software Development and Facility Outsourcing

The client is a top advertising company based in western Sydney. The client had programming staff on its pay roll along with the other advertising and creative staff. The client was also involved in managing software, servers and website for some big end users, including a top a pharma company.

Since the programming division was not a core part of its business, the client decide to outsource it successfully to us. We manage the clients hosting business as well as the programming business. The client does not need full time programming staff on its payroll any more.

We provide the client with fixed quotes that they then pass to the end client. This reduces the risk of cost blowouts and budget overruns. The client also gets access to a much more varied programming skillset that we have present in our company.

Case Study – Outsourced ECommerce and Development and Maintenance.

Our client is an established name in computer brands in Western Sydney and has been operating for over 10 years. The client has a big user base with some of the major corporate.

The client faced the problem of informing end users about products, configuration management and online ordering and inventory management.

We devised a solution which takes care of all the ordering, including website sales through the website. The client is also able to let the end users configure their computer systems through the website. This had lead to much more simpler ordering system and management.
