Problem Domain: A sport betting firm needed to bring its sports betting business online.

Analysis: Requirement for the portal were:

1) User security & confidentiality to be maintained.

2) Multiple time zones and currency settings.

3) Online secure betting mechanism.

4) Provision for discount & rebates.

5) Realtime balance tracking of users.

Solution: Depending on analysis of the client's requirements, the application was developed.

Technology: PHP, Perl, Perl-cgi & Oracle 8i database. Security maintained through WTPS & SSL.
